The professional career is organised into professional levels of progression until to the category of Partner.

The associates’ progression in their professional career depends on the assessment made by the partners each year, on the basis of previously established criteria known by all.

International Career

Associates of the Firm may be given the opportunity to further their professional careers on the international market, where they not only gain international experience through the contact with international clients and multi-location legal situations, but may also receive training at foreign law firms with which the firm has established partnerships.
